Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for reshipment if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you refuse to accept delivery, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
If the package is returned multiple times due to incorrect address or recipient absence, a 30% reshipping fee will apply.
If you do not receive your parcel within 20 working days , please contact your local post office with your ID and order details printed from your account.

1. Return Period
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered , and in original packaging with tags attached .
2. Fees and Refunds
Returning correct items will incur a 15% restocking fee , and shipping fees are non-refundable .
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs .
Once the return is received, we will refund 95% of the product price (5% bank fee applies).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days .
3. Return Procedure

All returned items must be in their original condition , not worn, altered, or washed.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled .
