Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for reshipment if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you refuse to accept delivery, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
If the package is returned multiple times due to incorrect address or recipient absence, a 30% reshipping fee will apply.
If you do not receive your parcel within 20 working days, please contact your local post office with your ID and order details printed from your account.

1. Return Period
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
2. Fees and Refunds
Returning correct items will incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the return is received, we will refund 95% of the product price (5% bank fee applies).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Return Procedure
Before returning an item, please contact us first and provide:

Name, address, and email
All returned items must be in their original condition, not worn, altered, or washed.
Additional Notes
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you request a return or exchange after shipping, you are responsible for all shipping fees.
