1) I'm hesitant to make a payment. How can I trust you?

We completely understand — there are many scams online, and shopping for replica products can feel risky. However, we treat every customer's payment with the same care as our own.

2) Why don't you accept PayPal?

We receive this question often. The truth is,  PayPal does not allow replica sellers  to use their platform. Major luxury brands (like Louis Vuitton, Celine, etc.) may fine them for processing such transactions.
This restriction is  not  because we don't value secure transactions — it's simply due to PayPal's policies toward replica products.
Similarly, most credit card processors face the same issue, as they risk being penalized.
Therefore, we currently accept only  Wise  and  Western Union .
We understand these methods are less convenient, but we continuously explore safer and more flexible payment options for our clients.

3) Why don't you accept credit cards directly?

Due to a high rate of fraudulent transactions, we no longer accept credit cards directly. This decision protects both our customers and our business.

4) What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept  Western Union  and  Wise (TransferWise) .

5) Will I be charged customs taxes or duties?

In most cases,  no . We label all packages as “gift, no value for customs,” and ship in small cartons to minimize customs issues.
However, in rare instances (about five cases last year), customs may apply taxes or duties. While we are not responsible for these charges, we always work with customers on a  case-by-case compensation  if needed.

6) Are your handbags durable?

Absolutely. Our handbags are  high-quality replicas  made to last for years with proper use.
They are nothing like the low-quality counterfeits often found on the streets.

7) Are the pictures on your website real photos of the replicas?

Yes —  100% real photos  of our replica handbags.
We never use pictures from official brand catalogs or other websites. What you see is exactly what you'll receive.

8) I received my handbag but changed my mind. Can I exchange it?

Please make your decision carefully before purchasing.
If you wish to exchange, contact us within  4 days  of receiving your item.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and a  $50 restocking fee  will apply.

9) Why is your customer support sometimes delayed?

We receive a large number of inquiries daily.
Our team strives to respond to all emails within  24 hours on weekdays .

10) What if my package arrives damaged or goes missing?

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately.
Once the damaged item is returned, we will send a replacement promptly

11) Will I ever need to pay customs fees upon delivery?

In rare cases, customers in Eastern Europe or certain African countries may be charged  $10–$20  in customs fees.
These cases are uncommon but possible depending on local regulations.

12) Can you source replica bags not listed on your website?

Yes. We can source nearly any designer model — including  Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Prada , and other luxury brands.
Simply email us the model name or photo, and we'll find it for you.

13) Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us within  24 hours  of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order will already be processed for shipment.

14) Do I need to create an account to order?

Creating an account is optional but recommended.
It helps track your order history and makes future purchases faster and easier.

15) What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within  7 days  of receiving your order.
Items must be in their  original condition  — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
20% restocking fee  will apply to all returns.

If you refuse delivery or return the package without notifying us, a  20–50% fee  will be deducted depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

  • If the product is not as described: You pay the return shipping; we issue a full refund once we receive the item.

    1. If you approved the pre-shipment photos but later changed your mind: You may return the item and receive  50–70%  of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
